 Tour Policy, Terms, and Conditions


General Ticket Policies

Terms & Conditions – Tour Packages and Tickets


  1. All tour tickets are non-refundable. 
  2. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  3. Tickets may be exchanged for another Historic House Tour of equal value with at least 48 hours' advance notice prior to the originally scheduled tour date.
  4. Tour packages are sold at a packaged all-inclusive rate and are not priced per individual component. Itemized pricing is not available for packages. 
  5. Gift certificates may be issued in the event of cancellation, based on management discretion. These certificates will remain valid for up to one year from the original date of purchase, subject to availability. Please note - Tour offerings are subject to change without notice.
  6. If ticket prices increase or certain homes become unavailable, additional fees may apply when rescheduling. 
  7. Ticket exchanges for another Historic House Tour are free of charge, provided the home is of equal value. If a paper ticket must be reissued after purchase, a $2.50 restocking fee will apply. 
  8. Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain under any circumstances.
  9. Each ticket is valid for one-time use only and may not be duplicated or reused. 
  10. A valid ticket must be presented for admission to any Historic House Tour.
  11. If purchases are made my Venmo, Apple Wallet or Zelle, then a discount will apply to save credit card processing fees.
     

Tour & Venue Policies
1.   For the safety of all visitors, the Organizers, Homeowners, or their Representatives reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches when necessary.
2. Please check all tickets upon purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
3. The Organizers, Homeowners, or their Representatives reserve the right to alter or reschedule any part of the tour due to circumstances beyond their control, without being obliged to issue refunds or exchanges.
4. The Organizers, Homeowners, or their Representatives are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the tour.
5. Visitors may be filmed or recorded for security purposes during the Historic House Tour.
6. The use of cameras, video, or audio recording equipment during the tour is strictly prohibited unless authorized by the Homeowner or Property Manager.
7. The sale of any goods on the property of a Historic House is prohibited unless authorized in writing by the Owner or Property Manager. Unauthorized items may be confiscated at their discretion.

Hotel Booking & Cancellation Policy

When booking hotel accommodations through Tours Natchez, LLC, all reservations are subject to the following terms and conditions:


Reservations & Payment

  1. All hotel accommodations are secured through Tours Natchez, LLC on behalf of the client.
  2. Rates quoted are all-inclusive and account for planning, coordination, and administrative costs.
  3. Full payment for hotel reservations is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified in the contract.
     

Changes & Cancellations

  • Modifications to Reservations: Any changes to hotel bookings must be made through Tours Natchez, LLC and not directly with the hotel to ensure contract terms are met and alternative accommodations can be arranged. 
  • Early Departures & Client-Initiated Changes: If a client chooses to move to another hotel after check-in, no refunds or reimbursements will be issued. A partial credit may be considered at the discretion of Tours Natchez, LLC, based on hotel policies, lost inventory availability, and administrative costs.
     

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 30-15 days of arrival are subject to a 50% refund or a partial credit toward a future booking. 
  • Cancellations made within 15-0 days of arrival will not receive a refund. However, a partial credit may be granted for a future date, minus applicable administrative fees.
     

Administrative & Restocking Fees

  • An administrative fee per room applies for processing changes, cancellations, or rescheduling.
  • A $500 per group reservation restocking fee applies if cancellations or modifications result in lost inventory availability for the hotel or venue.
     

Vendor Limitations & Liability

  • Tours Natchez, LLC acts as a third-party facilitator in securing hotel reservations and is not responsible for hotel policies, facility conditions, or service failures.
  • If an issue arises with accommodations, clients must notify Tours Natchez, LLC first for resolution under contract terms.
  • Clients who bypass Tours Natchez, LLC and book alternate lodging independently forfeit any right to refunds, reimbursements, or future credits.
     

By booking through Tours Natchez, LLC, clients agree to these terms.

Yes, in most cases. If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, please contact toursnatchez@gmail.com. Our Support team is happy to help! Make sure you have your order confirmation number or the credit card you used to buy the tickets readily available. For damaged or destroyed Print at Home tickets, just print again from the link in your confirmation email or login to your account. If we need to create new tickets for your tour, a restocking fee of $2.50 will apply per tickets.


Don't worry, we've got you. Simply call us at 601-442-1002. Make sure to have your ID handy and order number to pick up your tickets. A restocking fee of $2.50 will apply per ticket, and your original ticket serial number will be void and unable to use.


We recommend viewing your Mobile Entry tickets prior to arriving to your event and making sure your phone is charged. In the event you need to have a physical ticket printed, the cost will be $5.00 for this service and your mobile entry tickets will become invalid.


At times, unforeseen circumstances may arise out of our control. If a tour is canceled, no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer. You may also choose to change to another house tour at no additional fee. 


Tickets are non-refundable. However, your tickets may be used on another date. Simply contact us by email or phone to discuss changing your tour date.


Your QR code and barcode includes technology to protect it, so you won’t be able to use screenshots.


This ticket works best with a bright screen, double-check your setting just to be sure it doesn’t need to be adjusted. If that doesn't work, visit Tours Natchez where the staff will be glad to assist you. 


Yes! However you will need to let us know the transfer name so we can reset the scan codes. Otherwise, they may get an error message when attempting to enter a house tour.
