Cancellation Policy Disclaimer

We strive to offer a unique and authentic experience when arranging your lodging experience. Whether its a bed and breakfast or hotel, all bookings are final and non-refundable. Upon check-in, you will have 20 minutes to inform the innkeeper of any issues in your room, allowing them the opportunity to address them promptly. Please note, for historic homes located in the countryside, certain environmental factors such as dust accumulation or the occasional insect may occur despite our best efforts. By staying one night without raising concerns, you acknowledge satisfaction with your room, and no refund will be provided for early departures. Since we close out inventory for your reservation and staff is scheduled accordingly, we are unable to rebook the room, resulting in a loss of revenue. In the event of an early checkout, a gift certificate will be offered for the remaining nights, valid for one year from the original check-in date. All deposits are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.
