Policy: Tickets for Murder Mystery Dinner Shows are non-refundable - no exceptions. Should you need to cancel your reservation, then a gift certificate will be issued for up to one year from the original date to use. Tickets cancelled within three weeks of event will be assessed a $25.00 restocking fee for use with a gift certificate. There may be necessary upcharge for specific lodging request. Please note we are unable to confirm your exact lodging property until the week of your stay due to potential last-minute adjustments arising from guest requirements, maintenance, or unforeseen events. As Natchez locals, we carefully select accommodations that align with your preferences, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Should any issues arise during your stay please resolve directly with the front desk staff.
