Policy: Tickets for Mystery Dinner Shows are non-refundable - no exceptions. Should you need to cancel your reservation, then a gift certificate will be issued for up to one year from the original date to use. Tickets each) cancelled within two weeks of event will be assessed a $25.00 restocking fee for use with a gift certificate. When selecting our lodging package along with your ticket purchase, please provide detailed information regarding your preferences. This includes your desired location, type of accommodation (hotel or B&B), bed type, pet requirements, the number of nights, and whether you require a ground-floor room or can access rooms via stairs. Our lodging partners offer various tiers of accommodations, within our package pricing. Hotels are generally rated 4 stars and include continental style breakfast and/or hot breakfast, while inns and B&Bs range from 4-5 stars, with some offering breakfast and/or an additional cost. There may be necessary upcharge for specific lodging request. Please note we are unable to confirm your exact lodging property until the week of your stay due to potential last-minute adjustments arising from guest requirements, maintenance, or unforeseen events. As Natchez locals, we carefully select accommodations that align with your preferences, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Should any issues arise during your stay please resolve directly with the front desk staff. Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy for War, Weather or Acts of God

The safety and well-being of our guests and staff are our top priorities. In the event of extreme weather or an Act of God, as determined by the National Weather Service or local authorities, we may need to cancel an event to ensure everyone's safety. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Non-Refundable Tickets

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. This policy includes cancellations due to extreme weather or other Acts of God that are beyond our control.

Rescheduling or Gift Certificates

If an event is canceled due to weather or Acts of God, all tickets will automatically transfer to a gift certificate to use at another event for the full dollar amount of your original purchase. The gift certificate will be valid for any future event at Glenfield or The Suspects within 12 months of the original event date.

Perishable Costs

Please note that non-refundable ticket sales help cover costs incurred, such as perishable food and event preparation expenses, which are not recoverable in these situations.

Notification of Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible via email, text, or phone using the contact information provided at the time of purchase. Updates will also be posted on our website and social media platforms.
